Green smoothies are the BEST!

LOOK AT THOSE FACES! Aren't they the best. They are the sons of my dear friends and have been eating amazingly healthy foods from the moment they began putting food in their mouths. And they love their smoothies - can't you tell? Their Mom and Dad have set great examples for them.
News flash...
Yet another friend of mine has recently decided to eat much healthier foods and made the investment into a Vitamix. He realized that you only get one body to take care of and it is worth eating intelligently. So, once the Vitamix arrives there will be a few more green smoothies being made in the world! And one more happy, smiling face too!
While I was on vacation recently I did another raw food/green smoothie detox for ten days. I feel so alive and clean and healthy (and I lost a couple of stray pounds that were lurking.) What's better than that?

These lil' guys are BEAUTIFUL!
Aren't they? I am spending the weekend with them (and their Mom and Dad) and I am so excited. They are happy because we are having a “sleep over.” I'll get a picture of them and post it when I get back next week.
